osal
hi im looking at purchasing a 2 off Telrad Followspot Sight however I just wondered if anybody could tell me if there is a difference between http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Stage-Theatre-Lighti...#ht_1496wt_1167 and http://www.harrisontelescopes.co.uk/acatal...Dot_Finder.html any help would be very much appreciated
Big Jay
nope, and dont be put off by the eBay item saying strand selecon, becuase thats not the only make it works with, infact, they were not even made for followspots, infact telescopes. Go for the £39.99 and I wouldnt pay any more, £84 is ridiculous IMO
osal
I know they work with others as we had a touring show that brought them to my venue I was really impressed and have got quite a bit off followspotting work coming up so was considering an investment cheers big jay
boatman
The prices on the ebay shop you found are a complete rip-off. He has a Showtec hazer for £599.99 which can be bought all over Europe for around €475.
gareth
They're exactly the same product. The only difference is that Harrison Telescopes aren't taking the p*ss with the price, unlike Enlightenment who quite definitely are! If Harrison Telescopes don't have any in stock, try these guys also, which is where I seem to recall we bought ours from ...
Ynot
I bought ours a little while back from Paul Need (BR member) at 10 out of 10 - best price I could get at the time and a cracking spot op's tool!
