Sparx
At work we have 4 Atomic 3000's, MAC's, etc, all controlled through Lightjockey. However the Atomics seem incapable of changing intensity, and at the moment is so bright it's lighting up the entire establishment. Anything < 2% intensity it doesnt light at all, but anything 2% - 100% and its the same 100% intensity. Anyone got any ideas? And I'll try them out over the weekend! Cheers, Sparx
Brian
Download the manual and check which mode (1/3/4 DMX channels) they are in. You need to be in 3 or 4 channel mode before you can control intensity.

The rig was recently down for maintenance and cleaning but was working properly beforehand.

It's those that set the mode (amongst other options).
