tbrandwood
Hi Looking at the prices on the fake greenery online and it comes out very expensive - trying to give a garden theme to whole room as part of an event so need quite a bulk of the stuff. Any ideas where to find cheaper stock? Best I've found thus far is 89p for a thin 3ft trail. Cheers in advance! Tim
Blaize110
Not sure if it is suitable in this context but for out last play at school, we needed a woodland scene and borrowed a couple of camo nets from the cadets to use as a base. We then added branches and vines etc. to it but it meant that coverage was easier.
Jivemaster
Local Florist? see if they can supply ivy by the barrowload. Search the Terralec catalogue they have props and event dressing. They will mail order or you can fetch from Southend
MarkPAman
If you don't want it for a long run, would real ivy work? I'm sure you could get hold of that cheaply - there's quite a lot in my garden!
PDD
When do you need it for? I've just done a show with about 60m of artificial ivy (36 x 1.8m sections), which we bought. We're using some for another show next week, but then it will be available at a suitable second-hand price, plus postage. It's all survived intact, with only a few inevitable lost leaves along the way. Would be happy to sell it on. Drop me a PM if interested and I'll think about a price (or tell me what you might be thinking of!) This is the stuff Paul(Cambridge)
WiLL
I've just decorated my entire wedding venue with Ivy which was scrumped from alleyways around where I live. In one Afternoon I got 10 binbags full.

I've gone for a basic supply of x50 3ft stips of artificial stuff, we're then going to go on a (sensible) hunt for some of the real stuff : ) Cheers for all suggestions, once more Blue roomers are very helpful :D Tim
