Hey there guys,

Your fave noiseboy pretending to be a lampie again!

Just after a little bit of help here, now I have move through the good ship instruction manual and can't find anything that applies but I have found out using an avolites that there is a lot of stuff that you can do that isn't written down!

I want to link part of my cue list in theatre stack from lets say cue 373 back to cue 60 so that I don't have to re save all of those states all over again and input all of the times and some of the states are a little complicated with auto follow on cues etc in there for quick re-positioning.

So just to clarify, it's NOT the auto follow ons, I.e the 'Link' option under the time set menu, I want to link one cue to another, example cue 373 - 60 and then continue back to cue 374 lets say after I have used the states I need!

Any one know the answer to this one ligthing fans?

Cheers

Matt

Hi

You can't directly link, but you can copy steps if you so like.

Load the step you want by tapping its number and press enter, then press softkey A 'Advanced' and then softkey F 'Copy current step to...' and then just enter a new step number.

All the best

Surely you have to copy the states, not link to them (I'm guessing you were an Event user some point previously?) otherwise how would the console know to not go to cue 374 the first time around?

Trying to save time with some of the bigger steps which has important timings which run along with the audio points from the band. 373 would be the end of the memory I currently have running so I would have to go from the active state to the next one.

While we're on it. how to I persuade the desk to grab the active state as the cue I want to copy?

grr LX grrr!

Many thanks

Matt
