oasisfan
Hi, I am new to the site so hello to you all. I have a question about monitors and hopefully someone can help me. I currently run a powered mixer with a powered monitor which supplies a passive monitor through it's output. The feed is sent from the monitor out input from the desk. My question is, is it possible to run another powered monitor and another passive monitor using the same monitor output from the desk as it only has one output socket. Do I link through my powered monitor? My powered monitor is a Laney TM200P with a line input, link output, speaker output (8 ohms min) and a DI. Any help would be appreciated. Many thanks. MarkPAman
Yes, you should be fine to go from the link out of one monitor to the line in of the next.
