Looking for ETC Paradigm control designer software download

Free for download from ETC’s Web site www.etcconnect.com, ControlDesigner lets you choose from built-in graphics or build your own as you develop unique interfaces ahead of time and load them when you are ready. Change the look of the graphics by selecting from a variety of convenient ready-made themes, or easily design your own.

 

Can anyone point to me where is the ControlDesigner download ? I couldn't find it on the site

I would like to anonymously try it. Is this above statement true? The above paradigm brochure is new (Nov 08)

 

Would be glad to download the paradigm Light Designer as well.

I can't see the software nor the user manual for both on ETC site

 

Any help would be appreciated

Control Designer is not currently available for download by everybody.

Authorised users can find it in the "My ETC" section of etcconnect.com, and they can download it for free.

I don't know if it will later become a widely-distributed download.

 

Light Designer is not and will not be available to end users, just like Light Manager was not.

It requires extensive training as the capabilities are too vast.

Is this an Etc UK thing? I have copies of LM 1.6, 1.8 and 1.9 for our various buildings at work.

 

Perhaps it's a case-by-case basis.

You're right about it being a case-by-case basis - LM has been sold to a very small number of projects, coupled with extensive training. It is not generally available.

 

Paradigm has built-in user control of almost all of the reasons those sites wanted LM, so more sites will be able to have the flexibility these places with higher budgets wanted.
