I have looked up for hours on the internet and contacted cct and I have only got info on the new cct sils and minuettes.

Any info on earlier 'round lenstube sils' and early minuettes and what year they came out (presume late 70's early 80's but not sure to exact year)

I'm pretty sure that the National had some when it first opened (1976) and we bought some second hand Mk1s for the Arts in Cambridge in 1981 - Mk1s were the type that had the side shutters in runners at the top and bottom of the luminaire along with the traditional top and bottom shutters. Sadly - in all its senses - I only have the ABTT journal going back to 1985, with no Sil adverts, and all my old copies of TABS are at NTU; and it is dubious whether the Strand house journal would have CCT info.

If you're that bothered, then check with your local libraries - public/universities/colleges - have a collection, or contact the ABTT; you can then date them from the ads/reviews.

Minuettes are advertised in Sightline 1/85, but I had them at university by 1980

I own some olld SIL zooms from that era and I have an old CCT three page handout in the workshop. I will dig it out and scan it into a pdf file. If you want it pm me
