aphatboy
I work in a school. We have a 24 track mixer and a (ahem) masterpiece 108 (ahem) sitting side by side at the back of the auditorium.Next to this we have a rack set up for reverb etc etc. I want to be able to lock all the equipment away when not in use to stop the kids getting at the desk. Faders going missing, strange sticky feel on buttons. You know the kind of thing. Can anyone suggest a starting place to look for a furniture solution that would help me?Wood work is not my strong point and would prefer to just buy something. Thanks. bruce
How about a lift-off flight case with lockable catches? That way, you're also coverered if you want to move the kit.... Or does it need to be pretty as well as functional?

bruce
try one of these:http://www.stagelink.com/resources/Service...gdom/index.html Any flightcase manufacturer should be able to custom-build you one, if they don't have an off-the-shelf product. revbobuk
This thread had some useful info about custom furniture - but I suspect the flight case solution will be more appropriate for your needs.
