101wilsy Posted February 25, 2009 Posted February 25, 2009 Does anybody know how to get the Fat Frog's (Or the frog range) hidden game?... just heard about it and wondered how I can get too it
themadhippy Posted February 25, 2009 Posted February 25, 2009 1) program 738 states into the board2) edit cue 4,87 and 5763) insert a point cue at 627.4 with a fade time of 54/944) press f1 and f3 together
Bryson Posted February 25, 2009 Posted February 25, 2009 You should mention, Hippy, that all of the 738 states have to be different, and have a value for every channel.
gareth Posted February 25, 2009 Posted February 25, 2009 Does anybody know how to get the Fat Frog's (Or the frog range) hidden game? Yes.
Mr_Jules Posted February 25, 2009 Posted February 25, 2009 It's a lot easier to just press the go button exactly 999 times in a row within a minute whilst holding down all the flash buttons. I find a nice long ruler works best.
Genus Posted February 25, 2009 Posted February 25, 2009 Playing the frog game is very naughty and should not be attempted when operating shows. (However I did notice that the go button continues to work whilst playing the game...) And, yes I do know how to get to it... play Beethoven's piano concerto number 1 on the flash buttons (assume 12 is middle C). Some people find this method is a lot easier than the other ways.
DonkiDonki Posted February 25, 2009 Posted February 25, 2009 Does playing the game require pushing submasters and pressing flash buttons? (which still operate their normal functions) That would be great during a dance number which your not interested in; you entertain yourself playing the game and the dance troup think your fantastic and love the effort and concentration your showing as you "busk" their show....
Genus Posted February 25, 2009 Posted February 25, 2009 Does playing the game require pushing submasters and pressing flash buttons? (which still operate their normal functions) Of course not, that would be silly! Only the four arrow keys are used. The desk can be used pretty much as normal during game play(IIRC). It's like it was designed for board ops who are being called and thus need minimal attention on the show... However, I really wouldn't recommend this approach at school, college, uni, and certainly not in front of the boss on a 'real' gig. I'm surprised no-one suggested that the way to do it was to go into patch in super-user...

I really cant be arsed doing all that just for some so-so game on the desk!! id sooner just take my PSP with me or use the lappy! . . .

PM me if you want know the quicker way of doing it ;) And yes, I agree it's for bored ops. (Sorry, but that's all I could come up with!). I generally don't play the game too much during a show, but I once did a 3 act play with each act having a single scene and no cues during the scenes. That game helped tremendously!
benweblight Posted February 25, 2009 Posted February 25, 2009 You've been told wrong....the only game is working out how to play the game ;)

HobitLight Posted February 25, 2009 Posted February 25, 2009 Yep, that brings up the game. But the bonus feature of the game is unlocked by doing what themadhippy states above! ;)
gareth Posted February 25, 2009 Posted February 25, 2009 ah yes ther fat from game , spent about 2 hours working on that one, pity reallyI sucked so badly Ah, here's a much better game ... translate that {points to above quote} into something readable. ;)
