How to test a 100V Line Amp

I have an INTER-M PA-935, which I was intending to use for my show relay system. I thought I'd set it up in my office first, before installing just to check it works and I'm glad I did cos I couldn't get anything from it.

I have some Monacor 100v wall speakers and I just couldn't get anything out of them. I tried metering out of the back of the amp and couldn't get any reading. Should I be getting 100V across the terminals? I've checked the microphone and cables so it's not that...

Any help greatly received

No. The 100v bit is the ac voltage you'll measure on the output of the amp what it's being driven at it's rated level (whatever that may be).
