Well, those specific booms are going to be strictly lightweight disco kit, and I'm not going to speculate on where you might get those from. They sit on the stand upright with cheap plastic collars and are NOT meant for holding up much more than a couple of light-weight par cans.

 

For use in theatre applications you'd need something a) heavier duty, as theatre kit tends to be, well, heavier and b) kit that will fit theeatre standard pipes.

The norm would be to fit standard scaff tube (though that can of course vary in places) and you'd be looking at boom arms or de-rig arms. The first you bolt the lantern on directly, the second you can use a normal hook clamp to hang the kit.

 

Course, if all you want is disco-tat stand kit, then the item you've show will likely be sufficient f you can locate some.
