iAudio
Hello there,Im having issues with array calc. I have a mac and use Neo office not Microsoft office and the program just aint working. The macro's dont seem to be enabled as most of the cells that should contain the final calculations come up with "VALUE?" on the file opening. Anyone else had this problem?Cheers Ben
dunk_1984
Try extending the cells, this sometimes occurs when the result is too big.
Shaggy
Arraycalc makes heavy use of scripting. I use Open Office on my laptop and it won't work on that either. I don't think there's anyway around using Microsoft Office for it (works fine in Office 2000 which I have on my desktop), but I'm happy to be proved wrong. Rob_Beech
I agree with the above. It appears its MS only, but contact D&B. Friendly people, they'll be happy to help and assist. If there is a way to utilise another piece of software I'm sure they'll assist you in getting your problem solved.
Bobbsy
Just as an FYI, I have the same issue with OpenOffice and I did ring D&B. I got a very sympathetic reception and they promised to look into it. Still, worth two or three others making the same phone call to keep it on the top of their pile. (Hmmmmm--copyright acknowleged--it occurs that I recently downloaded a new version of Open Office....might be worth trying it again, but it won't be for a few days as I have a busy stretch coming up.) mervaka
if someone can post the spreadsheet in question, I could look into it myself. I use openoffice here too.

Steve Jones
Hello its steve here from d&b. I work in the UK office covering tech support. Version 5 of arraycalc will fix the problems your having as it is a stand alone program that doesn't rely on excel, which caused us a few headaches at times which were out of our control. V5 is available currently for PC, and will soon be released for MAC as well. If you've got any other queries, give me a ring at the UK office and I'll give you a hand.
