glossy
I am clearing out our vast costume store within the next couple of weeks and wondered if anyone had any ideas. We held a sale last time but have no time to organise this again.I also got in touch with freecycle after the sale and various folk came and picked up things but we really havent much time.So anyways if anyone knows anyone who is looking for anything in particular then please do say and I will put it aside. There are several complete shows which are just going begging

J Henshaw
Glossy, Having read your previous posts I see you are in Glasgow. You could try RSAMD, Scottish Youth Theatre, The Citz, The Tron, plenty of places in Glasgow would be interested. HTH James
Jram
Glossy, if you are in/on the yahoo groups forum Scot-NITS you could try on there, as it is an almost exclusively-Scottish theatre forum. edit: link
boatman
You may also get some response by posting in the Scottish Theatre Forum. Especially if you have anything that could be used in Les Miserables, as they are performing a full scale production (not the reduced schools' version) in Dunfermline Alhambra during May. w/robe
Glo You could try your local am-dram groups. I don't know if they operate north of the border but NODA may be able to get in touch with groups in your area for you. A quick way of making a bit of cash if you have lots of costumes is just to charge people a few quid for each bin liner of stuff that they take.
