I know that there are quite a few Audition users here on the Blue Room, so I thought I'd mention that (highly unusually) Adobe have released a set of patches for Audition 3.0 (known as version 3.0.1).

 

THIS LINK has the download as well as a full list of the fixes included. Not many of the issues had actually affected me but I've been running the patched version for a day or two now and all seems fine.
