bassfreak
Hi all, got to the gig tonight, got set up, tried to power the desk up and nothing. Tried a few different power leads that all worked, still nothing. Checked the fuse it was fine but tried another one just incase and still nothing. Lucky there was a guy there who had a small desk at home and we were able to do the gig still albeit with a few things missing. We've only had the desk 5 months and it's been flightcased since day 1, it hasn't been dropped shook or anything. Anyone know what could be up with it or someone in the North East of England that could repair them as we are busy over the xmas period and cannot afford to lose these gigs so I don't really want to send it off anywhere to get it fixed if I can help it. Cheers.
Mixermend
Allen & Heath has an excellent network of Service Centres set up around the UK - pick the most convenient one from the list on their Web site: http://www.allen-heath.com/uk/service_centres.asp It is possible that you have a faulty internal power supply - this can either be repaired, or replaced with a new item.
