Hi Andrew,

 

We use standard InstallShield as the installer for our PC software - there isn't anything specific to MagicQ. It does sound as if there is a problem with your installer set-up.

 

If you email the exact message it comes up with to chris@chamsys.co.uk I'll see if we can get some support from InstallShield.
