djw1981
Are you meaning as if for electrocution (in which case a model might be easier to find than the real thing), or a chair which can go up / down etc which is powered by electricity - like a dentist has, or an electric wheelchair? tech__girl
Thats brill thanks. :) I shall run it by my director. Thanks! A concurrent post has been automatically merged from this point on. They only give free delivery for orders over £600 and the chair itself is too big for car transport. Apparently rental of a van to get it from york (where company is based) will cost too much too. Also the director mentioned to me that wooded chairs look a bit old and maybe to look for something in around the £150-£300 max range in maybe silver and black/metal. But if you find any wooden ones those links would be useful! I shall look again across countless internet pages....Darn directors being so picky... Seano
Eh? The few real electric chairs that (to all of our shame) are still in use are old and wooden. You're not going to find a ready-made prop electric chair that doesn't resemble a real one, so it looks like you'll be making this prop yourself. Seano
Maybe the next time you're discussing this prop with your director you can ask him if he can think of a reason why real electric chairs tend not to be made of metal. :)
