Hi

basically have a system in a church type rooms, problem we have is every now and then when the person leading the sermon makes a sudden movement, and raises his voice or atleast thats what we assume the system momentarily cuts out, we first thought it was the range of the tx to the rx, so we now have that in open air within 3 metres of the speaker, didnt work, so we then thought maybe the reciever is clipping so we adjusted the mic output to "0" instead of "mic" this way the system was limited to what it could give out, it still clipped, so this leads me to the amp itself,

does this mean short of reducing the input further on the mixer , which means reducing signal to amp, which means generally a lower output in general to compensate for when the "clergy suddenly raise there voice to stop any clipping? does this make sense?
