Gallelleo 4 problems

Hey all.

 

I have a pair sgm gal4's that are misbehaving.

I have one that keeps resetting it's self for no apparent reason. When I have it on the bench I can't find any faults with it.

The second one is acting like some of the driver boards in the back of the unit are in the wrong places.

 

What I am after is

a) Has anyone got any idea what could cause the problem with the first unit and b) any kind of exploded diagram or service manual that would allow me to check that all the boards are correct

*edit* problem b) seems to be a fried circuit board in addition to the boards 2 and 3 being the wrong way round. Other than the fried board, the fixture seems fine (unless you want to use the prisms)
