sandinista
We're currently using 20 channels of Shure U series and we're having problems when the workbench software is used. When ever the program is started up (and connected to the ua888's) we get a consistent ticking, data type noise throughout the system. The noise is present on both the mic/line outputs and on the headphones socket. Any ideas or anyone experienced similar problems? :)
david.elsbury
Are you running a laptop or a desktop? If a laptop, have you tried unplugging the PSU so it runs on battery and listening to what happens?
sandinista
Hi,Yes I've tried trying different laptops and desktops, different software versions also. It doesn't sound like a power / transformer hum. Definately sounds as tho it's data. The noise is only present when the software is running and only when a transmitter is turned on.
