Just Some Bloke
The confusion only comes from your insistence in believing that led lamps are the answer to life the universe and everythingI'm not so sure. I agree entirely that ordinary Par 56s would be best for the main lighting of people and services, but I can see the point in LEDs for wall washing. Maybe LED battens might be better than Pars, though, for washing walls. Maybe someone could post a link to some cheap LED battens. why are there 3 types of bulbs that come with the kit. They don't! You chose which type you want. Spot, medium flood or flood are all offered, each one a wider beam than the previous. My advice is to go for the widest they offer if you want to use them for "washes" (i.e. generally lighting an area).
djtom29
+3 Wider blub = more light = more area lit! alos the package from terralec comes with the 2 stands and I would recomend geting them! even if you dont need them now, I have been in that posision before where I am in need of one or 2 stands and am sorry I didnt order the package! also the great thing about the normal pars is that (they seem) lighter and there is alot less to carry, transport as the lights can stay on tbar and dimmers can stay on stands......... unless you use your stands in which case the lights are still as goood as there is less cabling on your trus.
