Bernard Posted February 6, 2008 Share Posted February 6, 2008 HiCan anyone help. I need to sync audio from a Alesis HD24 and video from a Beta SP player. Timecode and sync are all new to me. paulears Posted February 8, 2008 Share Posted February 8, 2008 The handbook states: The HD24 has no built-in SMPTESynchronization, however solutions exist forconverting SMPTE to ADAT Sync. The AlesisBRC and the MOTU Digital Timepiece are onlytwo of the many products that convert a SMPTEinput to ADAT Sync output. So if you have a brc or any other adat-smpte convertor, then you can use the Beta SP timecode - comes out on a BNC (at least mine do) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
