Easkay
Hi, I've recently bought a triplehead2go digital for an upcoming productionand it doesn't seem to be working with either my windows or mac box.The 2 led's (red and green) flash and the led flashes sometimes, whatevercolour. I'm not getting any input on either of the 2 monitors plugged intooutputs 1 and 3 as in the manual. The software is configured for dual setupbut still nothing. Can anyone help as this is very urgentMany Thanks
david.elsbury
1) You may be better off at a specialist PC forum, I would say that most of this forum (although we do have fairly knowledgable people) consists of people who use the things, rather than set them up. 2) Have you tried calling/emailing Matrox? It may be an expensive call to the states, but I guess that the price you are prepared to pay for support is directly proportional to how urgent this is. Spawn
Hi The TH2GO boxes are very sensitive to cable lengths. You need to use to cable that was sent with the box. Are you using Digital or analog boxes as you may be having DVI-D or DVI dual problems. Hope this helps Spawn

It was partly the cables, but the box works fine with a 1.5m dvi which is actually better than the supplied one. It ended up being a firmware update. I't's a shame I can't put an attachment in.
