[identifies] the holder as having undertaken basic health and safety awareness training and allows the holder access to “passport controlled†workplaces. Many industries insist that workers hold a Safety Passport before they can gain access to the workplace or even obtain work."Click here for full details of the scheme in PDF format. 1.00 Lunch 2.00 Open ForumA chance for all and sundry to engage in what has, in past years, often been a lively debate on the state of the Industry and the issues which affect us all, regardless of which area we work in. I'll be there (I may even wear a suit :) ) and hope to see some of you there too. The Conference will be followed in the evening by the TPi Awards. It's a ticket only event, but don't worry, I'm sure that those of us without them will be able to find a nearby pub B-)
owen_mcauley Posted February 4, 2004 Posted February 4, 2004 Don't think I can make it, I have my appraisal at work today, so I'll ask! Ah well Owen
Big Dave Posted February 4, 2004 Posted February 4, 2004 Unless I end up working (which is looking more and more likely) I'll should be there
Thirdtap Posted February 4, 2004 Posted February 4, 2004 Would like to but don't think I will be granted time off work. Must bring these things up in my appraisal if it ever happens.
Guest lightnix Posted February 8, 2004 Posted February 8, 2004 So, it looks like it's just me and maybe one other then. I'll be taking notes and will put anything of interest up in here.
