Fat Frog + visualiser

Hi

 

I would like to link a Fat Frog to a visualiser, I searched on blue room and found this.

 

"USB-DMX devices for inputting to a visualiser will work with the Fat Frog, as the desk outputs a standard DMX signal which can be read by any DMX receptive device (such as a visualiser)"

 

What would be the best visualiser To get

I think sunlight might do a free one, Capture 2005 takes DMX input, as no doubt do many of the other visualisation programmes.

 

Its just about finding one you like, and are comfortable with.

Once I have found a visualiser do I just need to buy a USB - DMX

You need one that is capable of receiving DMX, and you need to check it will work with the software you choose - the software maker's website should tell you this.
