Harvey_51 Posted April 25, 2007 Posted April 25, 2007 Hi I would like to link a Fat Frog to a visualiser, I searched on blue room and found this. "USB-DMX devices for inputting to a visualiser will work with the Fat Frog, as the desk outputs a standard DMX signal which can be read by any DMX receptive device (such as a visualiser)" What would be the best visualiser To get Thanks Jordan
3guk Posted April 25, 2007 Posted April 25, 2007 I think sunlight might do a free one, Capture 2005 takes DMX input, as no doubt do many of the other visualisation programmes. Its just about finding one you like, and are comfortable with.
Harvey_51 Posted April 25, 2007 Author Posted April 25, 2007 Hi Once I have found a visualiser do I just need to buy a USB - DMX Thanks
Ben Langfeld Posted April 25, 2007 Posted April 25, 2007 You need one that is capable of receiving DMX, and you need to check it will work with the software you choose - the software maker's website should tell you this.
peter Posted April 26, 2007 Posted April 26, 2007 Of course you could always look at the Zero88 visualisation software, Light Converse. Contact me via PM if you're interested - we have a demo on our website :)
