lightingyoung Posted April 22, 2007 Posted April 22, 2007 Hi, over many years I have used fat frogs and a couple of times 1 of the wheels has sunk into the desk does this happen with other people and is it easy to fix? Cheers
dave singleton Posted April 22, 2007 Posted April 22, 2007 Yes it happens and yes its easy to fix if you know what your doing. I would recomend that if it happens you pass it on to your nearest service centre.
lightjocky Posted April 22, 2007 Posted April 22, 2007 yes I have has this happen twice on 2 different desks ! just my luck !you can take the cover of the desk and fix it quite easy rearly or the black arm rest at the front of the desk comes of and you have accsess to the weelsjust call zero88 and find your local service place lightjocky
Jamtastic3 Posted April 23, 2007 Posted April 23, 2007 I had a desk that had 2 of the wheels fall in, so I took off the cover and carefully applied a small drop of fast drying glue (the one in the tiny tube) to the plates that hold them in place. Worked a treat.
dave singleton Posted April 23, 2007 Posted April 23, 2007 Gluing is a very bad idea! Another common occurance I have found is the wheels can become dis-alined which requires being quite hands on with them. If they are glued it becomes an issue.
