Bobbsy
For repairs (and with a PSU it's worth a try) I've always found Soundcraft no more expensive than any third part electronics repair company. Their service is good and warrantied as well. If you want to buy a replacement and don't want to go through Soundcraft, I'm afraid you're at the mercy of places like eBay where you'll need luck to find what you want. Stuart91
The Spirit 328 has an internal PSU, so unless you're very confident in your ability to take things apart the best bet will be to send the whole desk back to Soundcraft. Because it's internal their engineers will no doubt be able to do the job quicker (and cheaper) than a bog standard electronics co. who'll have a lot of head scratching to get the PSU out of the desk. On the other hand, second hand 328s are significantly cheaper and fairly common on eBay these days, so keep an eye out and you may get lucky... Furryface
[is the price you quote the full list price for the PSU? I'm sure if you contacted someone like Marquee Audio, LMC or Warehouse then you could get a discount from that list price. Alternatively try buying the PSU from a dealer in the US. I'm sure there are plenty of copies of the service manual out there but you'd need to ask why would a service engineer or service department take money out of their mouths to send you a copy. If you talk nicely to one of the engineers at Soundcraft, Simon most likely, you might get more joy. Furry
