MatSpencer
Hey, Looking in this .pdf here It says that some pyros are for Standard flash pods and some a for the Variable Angle flashpods. Can you not use, for example, the Silver Jet in the V.Angle Flashpod? Cheers Mat

soundo26
A slight aside here but worth mentioning for anyone using the Le Maitre system, They are changing the design of the confetti and streamer crtridges to a longer, slimmer design which MUST be used with a new adaptor to stop them falling over. Details are on the Le Maitre website. They say that the good news is that the new carts project further, are cheaper to make up for the extra cost of the adaptor. steveo
Yeah I just found that out this morning while ordering some cartridges, luckily there is some in stock so I can look at getting the brackets ready for the change.
MatSpencer
Cool Cheers! One more questions. If you are on stage in a theatre, and the theatre do not supply pyros but an outside contractor will do it for us. Will the outside contractor need the insurance or is it covered under the theatres insurace? Hope That Maked Sense :P Thanks AgainMat

gareth
Any company who contract out their commercial services as pyrotechnicians should carry adequate insurance, and should be quite happy to provide you with proof of this. If they don't, or they can't, steer well clear.

Is this adaptor something that may be re-used over and over again, or is it a one shot wonder? Jim
