peter Posted January 3, 2007 Posted January 3, 2007 Just to clarify, the Frog 2 and Illusion desks have Macro functionality, however the Frog range (Fat/Leap/Bull/Mambo) do not have macro funcionality.
Just Some Bloke Posted January 3, 2007 Posted January 3, 2007 Now, something completely different.. :)Sorry to mention this but that is not permitted either here or on any decent discussion forum. People reading the title of a topic must know that the posts within that topic relate to the title or the whole thing becomes unusable. It's even mentioned in our Terms and Conditions:If you are replying to an existing topic please ensure that your post is relevant to the topicThus, you may not post anything Thus, as you have a received a full and useful response to your original question, with which you appear happy, I'll be closing this thread. As there are lots of other discussions on these boards about using moving heads as follow-spots, I won't be moving your second question anywhere else. If you have a new question that hasn't already been discussed, feel free to start a new thread. Before I close, though, I'll just point out that, to my mind, the usual thinking on moving heads as moving spotlights is this:If a persons stands in a spot and sings without moving, go for it.If they start in one place and move to another place, then just plot 2 positions, put marks on the stage for the talent to hit, and time the move.If they move to 3 postitons during the song it may just work.Any more moves and it's not worth the hassle. If anyone disagrees with this, feel free to say so in one of the other threads! HTH.
