Hog2 PC issues

I'm getting a strange error message that I've never encountered before.

When I try to select items from the page/list menu an Alert! box comes up and says "The operation was not completed because the selected items could not be converted." So I'm unable to label/change pages or copy/move/label lists. As you can imagine this is a bit of a problem!

I've:

restarted everything;

un-installed and re-installed software (2 different discs);

tried another computer;

selected a different show folder (including my back-ups);

started a brand new show;

And the problem re-occurs everytime.

 

I've emailed High-End with the problem, and sent copies of my showfiles, but as it's the weekend, I don't expect to hear anything till tomorrow.

 

Has anybody else had this happen, and is there a solution?
