jexjexjex
Hi all. I'm on the hunt for a pair of cheap, 6 way, single preset desks at the request of a primary school. Everyone seems to only do DMX nowadays and, although I've tried to push this, they're insistent. I know that Usedlighting.co.uk have some LX6's on their site, but the school also insist that the desks have to be new. I seem to remember the one of the budget companies (Liteputer?) did a range of small desks. Either way, anyone have any ideas?

mumbles
Hows about the zero88 level 6, however this is based purely on the fact that having used them as test control, I know they exist, but I do believe there are many more out there. GridGirl
I'd second Zero88 Level 6, it's small, easy to use, and should be reasonably primary school student-proof! No external power supply to worry about, one cable to plug in and you're away.
StevieR
Probably worth checking the control voltage requirements of the dimmers before choosing. Most racks will use 0 to +10v but some can be different (e.g. strand, 0 to -10v). I don't think the Level6 would drive a -10v system but I could always be wrong....
