I think this has been covered before (Once or twice...)

However, never let it be said that I'm unhelpful, but I'm a big fan of TurboCad. (FREE!!)

(If I was really helpful, I would post links to the topics involved, but computers not really my "Thing")

Hmmm I've just looked on the IMSI / TurboCad website, and cannot find a free version.

I got my first version from a magazine cover, and downloaded version four? (I think)

It may be worth keeping an eye open for magazines, or second hand versions...

I apologise for getting your hopes up!

I got a e-mail from IMSI/TurboCAD back in the day of me owning a Windows machine which said you could continue to pass around the LE edition as you pleased. As it seems the copy of TurboCAD linked is LE then you should have no problems in downloading it and using at your will.
