New yahoo chat room

Hi everyone,

Just writing to tell you all that I have created a new chat room on yahoo

Its called AV,lighting + general tech chat

And it can be found in the hobbies section

I think this will be a great chance for people like us to get together and talk abotu anything technician based

I'm curious as to why you felt the need for another group. Is there something that you think the Blue Room does not cater for? I know the moderators here are open to suggestions and would consider any suggestions.

No not at all I think the blue room is excellent,

The yahoo chat room is a place to hang out and chat. And also possibly get a few people opinions on things.

I feel that it is very different to the blue room because it is a an instant environment.

I sometimes think that a Blue Room chat area would be nice, but would need much closer moderation. On the other hand I've found a couple of technician chat rooms on the web before, both of them totally empty on the occasions I've visited them.
