andybdjuk Posted July 15, 2006 Posted July 15, 2006 Hi, a friend of mine has just bought a Strand light Palette 90 and wants to run flat screens as monitors for it. We understand that the O/P from the desk is RGB TTL Level and so not compatible with modern panels. Is it possible to convert the signal to composite video? Are there any other suggestions you may have to connect to this older equipment? Thanks Andy

gareth Posted July 15, 2006 Posted July 15, 2006 IIRC, LP90 outputs EGA video for its monitors. You'll need an EGA-to-VGA convertor. I'm sure your mate will love the desk, though - I had a Mini-LP90 as the house desk in a venue that I spent three years at, and I loved it to bits.
