Zero 88 Alcora Fader

Hey technicians,

 

Just wondering if anybody knew the name of the part I need to replace the individual faders on my schools alcora. Weve done it before by zero 88 sending me one but theyre not that nice and wont send us any more.

So Zero 88 aren't nice because they wont send you any more free parts.

 

I'd have thought they were nice to send you any free one's at all

Forget Maplin. Rapid or CPC Farnell are the two best suppliers for that kind of part.

 

And unless you know exactly what the part is, you'd be better off getting the Zero88 one.

Linear variable resistors come in very large number of different guises and physical arrangements - even if it physically fits, it'll do very odd things if it's supposed to be logarithmic and you get a linear, or vice versa.
