AndyJones
hello all, we have a stage electric wired remote at my venue, but I have found there is no obvious ways of programming subs from the remote?. Does any one know of an key combinations to be able to? I'm sure there is a way! and whilst we are at it, does any one know any other useful key combinations? thanks allot AndyJones
Kate Bonney
Mine has a group button which I use quite a lot. Record the flood bar channels as groups and its much easier to remember 10, 11, 12 or whatever than remembering all the channel numbers. There is a shift key too and I can't remember what combination it is off-hand but calls up macros so you could write a macro which mimics the sub button. Not much use but a reply none-the-less. I'm off to experiment! Er... with the riggers... K
Renny
Just make up a macro that says 'sub' and then you just have to do that macro followed by the number and record.
Jane
Although there's no dedicated "Dimmer" button on the Stage LX remote, if you press "0" and then "." you can then call up dimmers. Unfortunately in order to repatch any you've brought up, you still need to program a "Dimmer Repatch" macro though. (Unless someone else knows different?) Martin
There is a shift key too and I can't remember what combination it is off-hand but calls up macros so you could write a macro which mimics the sub button. The '0' zero button doubles as the shift key when the command line is empty. So you can trigger the first 10 macros by pressing '01' '02' etc. to trigger Macro 1 and 2 etc. I normally program macro 0 as 'Dimmer Dimmer', so typing '00' on the riggers does dimmer repatch (after having used '0.' for dimmer). I believe there is a mod available from stage electrics to convert the up and down buttons into dimmer and something else.
