Cougar
Hi I am looking for a number of video clips to use behind a a selection of text and graphics. Clouds in the sky, water, fire, etc, etc. Does anyone know a source on the Internet where I can find free clips of a high enough resolution to project. So far goggle has not been too helpful and I don't really want to borrow a camera and there is no money available to pay for clips. Thanks in advance Evan
Pete McCrea
Unfortunately most people who create these sorts of clips tend to spend a good bit of time doing it. When time = Money, they often don't let them go out for free..... Try Christian Resource web shops. The church types tend to like nice backgrounds under their song words (That said I got told of by the worship leader recently for using cameras under the words). DVD's start from about £35. Cougar
Expected that might be the answer but thought it was worth asking anyway. If anyone else has any suggestions I would appriciate them but I suspect its time to find a camera.

J Pearce
If you need somewhere to buy from check out the mediashout store. A lot of the data can be downloaded on purchase.
timperrett
Try searching 'AV3' and 'Liquid Moves' and have a look on Ebay as we managed to get some from there for our visuals library.Alternatively, create your own - the trick is not to play them back in real time, either speed them up or slow them down.It is also possible to buy visuals from HMV/Virgin Megastores for things like 'Mountain Streams' etc Many of these are priced quite highly as when you buy the clip, it is copyright free so that you can use it freely. Happy hunting
jayselway
Maybe worth having a look in a charity shop for a relaxation DVD, as I've seen a couple which have moving clouds and other "suitable" backgrounds. Might be a copyright implication, however. 2p :)

Guest lightnix
Just a wee bumpette to add that there's a whole pile of pretty cool, abstract, FREE background clips in WMV format, on the Downloads page of the Movietools website. Hope that helps somebody :)
