Suzette
Have you tried panto companies like Qdos as their panto sets are now in store for next year (presumably) and may be available for hire ....
win101
I am looking around for set hire companies for an amateur group I am a member of. We are not sure what show we want to put on this year but we are certain we don't want to build it! Can anybody suggest any hire companies that do sets that are more than just backcloths? I have seen stage electrics and they look good but I just want to see what else is available. Thanks guys. Mods: Wasn't sure if this should go in 'staging and rigging'. Feel free to move. tivoliproduction
Scenic & Property Hire in Wales, www.sceneryhire.co.uk they seem to be very good. huge range of cloths and shows available. if you don't like something included in a package then they are more than happy to change it for something more suitable for you with no fuss. will be able to confirm this at end of June once we have had their "annie" set. best of luck.
opman
Tell Tale are now WISH - they have split the TV side from their theatre productions etc, but have, I believe, all their sets still. You can mail them at stores@wishtheatre.co.uk and their website is http://www.wishtheatre.co.uk/ Hi you may wanna try Tell Tale productions in Coventry and Elstree, big production company, they produce the Tweenis and various other kids shows and pantos but who do alot of set hire and props hire!
