stré
Hi, anyone know anything about getting a re-cone kit for an eminence delta pro 12?Apparently they're only available in packs of 5? It might be cheaper to get a whole new driver!? Any ideas?Cheers, Stré
Jivemaster
Depends on your skills and needs, where are you, what is available to you locally. Realistically a new driver shouldnt be much more than a recone kit, and Its easier to fit a driver than do a recone.
Rob_Beech
To Add to that. If you are in a rush for replacement its sometimes good to get a replacement driver and then if you can afford it. get a recone kit and repair the old one. Keep it in storage, that way you have a replacement if ever you have another driver fail. Thats what I did with my Fane 18XB's after one failed on me due to an amp issue. trouble is. I've not had one fail since (6 years) although the rig doesn't go out very often. Rob
