Does anyone know why the Lion King are always looking for staff ??

The Lion King seems to be always needing more production staff... stage manager...sound ect .Does anyone know why this it - or has anyone had problems with Lion King management ???? or ppl just keep leaving the show

People move about in the West End all the time. I think LK is quite strenuous to work on beacuse of the amount of extra calls involved - It's a big show to maintain with frequent cast changes to rehearse. Also, they don't get Sundays off and I've heard that some people seem to think Sunday should be a day of rest Most normal people don't have Monday free to sit in the pub...
