I can't recall whether I've raised this here before, but as I can't find a reference by searching, I suspect maybe not. However, here goes.

 

On our theatre's website, I've been trying for a while now to build a list of props available to am-dram groups around the country, including photos, along with details of where they're located and contacts for the owners. I've not appealed for contributions for a while, so thought that it might bea good time to raise the banner again - prompted by the request for a coffin today.

 

So - has anyone out there got anything they'd like to add to the list?

You can specify whether it's free (to amateur groups) or hireable, or just available for the cost of carriage etc. I don't ask for anything in return for listing your props (the more unusual the better, but mundane things are also important!), just an acknowledgement where appropriate.

 

PM or e-mail me withdetails, and photos would be ideal.

Oh - mods - wasn't sure whether this qualified as a 'classified' at this point, as it's not actually advertising the service, more an appeal for input.... Your choice tho.

Thanks to Alex (Wycombe) there are now some additions to the Props Archive.

(And a couple of grisly ones there are there too!!)
