Lee Brennan
Hi, Just wondering if someone could point me in the right direction. The church have recently bought a video projector, to be mounted on the underneath of the balcony. Yesterday we did some tests to see what movement there would be, when people stood and sat down. As the throw is long, there is an element of vibration. I was wondering if a cradle exists which absorbs movement or if anyone has encountered the problem and how they fixed it? Cheers Lee
Tomo
Rubber grommets somewhere in the suspension system are the usual anti-vibration technique.
DC FX
Don't think you'll ever get away from a small amount of movement If your looking for a fairly robust cradle for a projector look here :)
BenWall
I'm sure I have seen shock mount cradles for projectors... I will have a search I know I have seen them :) Ben.
