Could it not be the X4 bars in pixel mode therefore you can have control of each Pixel of the batten?
No, it was a seperate, single lens, variable colour output fixture. Quite small but very bright.

Hello
Can anyone tell me what the small (almost birdie sized) LED fixture is that's used in this show. There were a few of them on the end of the strip of GLP battens and also over the big staircase in the big space. They seem very bright for the size.
Thanks

I remember seeing a list price for a Gemini 2 of £12,000 in the early nineties. I find it staggering now that something that did so little could have cost so much.

I tried and failed to find what you're looking for either at 12V or 24V. I auditioned various BC and ES low voltage LED lamps to dim using a PWM LED dimmer, but the lamp's internal electronics always got in the way and resulted in a flickery mess. I ended up making my own lamp using some of these LED filaments soldered to a wire frame. I'd still like to find a better solution as I can see this is something I'd need more of in the future.

, which is interesting throughout goes into the efficiency of LED sources, and how much more is possible (first 6 minutes).

Anyone know anything about Miltel gobos - I keep coming across them in boxes of old gobos and wondered who they were and what happened to them. Some of the designs are really interesting, but I've not seen them elsewhere so I don't think the range got bought by another company. Some of them are octagonal shaped, rather than the usual circular.
Thanks

A software package that you can import your favourite audio file and EASILY set up cue markers alongside that file that you can then send to trigger specified cues your favourite LX desk, be that as MIDI or other protocol.
I've heard multiple recommendations for Adobe Audition for doing this with timecode shows. You can put markers in at cue points and then export them to a lighting console as timecode events. It's mentioned at some point it this video.

Does anyone have an Elation software uploader I could borrow/hire for a few days in the London area? I have some Sixbars that need dosing up with new firmware.
Thanks
