It will work fine. The 1031 is a passive omni directional antenna. Although you will lose some signal in the cable you use to attach the antenna to the ASA1 you will generally gain a bit of advantage by being able to get a better place to physically locate the antenna for an improved reception.

Not really anwering your question but have you considered a slightly different approach to the problem?
If you have a pair of ISA Ones and a MOTU 24ai, you could feed the Motu from the Adat outputs of each ISA One. This would free up the analogue output of the ISA One to feed your recorder without affecting the matching of the stereo pair.

Have a look at the Dante features of your QL5.
Dante Virtual Soundcard installed on your Windows machine will provide you with inputs and outputs on a Dante network that you could access from your QL5.

If it was outdoors there's a good argument for leaving it powered up to avoid condensation building up overnight inside the panels / PSU's.
Indoors, less so. Some of the older panels were so unreliable that once you had got them working you were loath to turn them off again, along with keeping your fingers crossed that they would last a show.

Don't expect to need custom moulds. There's a good chance you don't. Lots of people spend lots of money getting custom moulds made that they don't really need. The basic Shure SE215 in ear phones are adequate for most people's needs.
Do look at Sennheiser G3 or G4 or Shure PSM300 or above transmitter/ receivers. Budget ones will disappoint.
Check you are purchasing frequencies that are legal and useable where you intend to play.

The colour difference is probably just a calibration issue. Any installer with half a clue should be able to sort that via the software.
I would expect installed panels to all be aligned properly.

A properly programmed, easy to follow show in Qlab on a Macbook that you hand to the operator will significantly improve the quality of your run of shows.

Useful info about the CT200. I'd looked briefly at it and thought it looked a bit faffy.
Essential upgrade to the CT100 is a piece of tape over the on/off switch so when you do take it out of your case to use it the battery isn't flat.

... although I'm worried about intermittent connections - that's why I like waggling the cable whilst it's being tested.
The dirt cheap Behringer CT100 shows intermittent connections.

They shouldn't produce a multi echo effect, I don't think they have a feedback function. They were designed purely for time alignment delays so no call for it.
Odd that both boxes are doing the same. Might be worth checking you haven't inadvertently introduced a feedback loop yourself. How are you feeding the audio to them?

I have a smart TV but it does not have a record feature so a need a solid state recording device, I guess with a timer facility, like old school VCR's
Just check whether it can have an external hard drive added to give you the recording feature... quite a few (including my LG) do?
Even if it does have this feature it may not be of use to you. Samsung TV's encode the files so they can only be read on the TV. They can't be exported into your computer. I would imagine other manufacturers have the same restriction.

It only has one hdmi output, in addition to a USB out which can feed video to a computer and a network feed for streaming. The single hdmi can be program out or multiview, and that's the hdmi that has the issues. Mostly to do with frame rates I think, but I'm not really sure.
The output HDMI will be whatever you have set the video standard of the switcher to. Some broadcast monitors with HDMI inputs will not like non-broadcast frequency/resolutions, some computer monitors are also similarly picky about what they will accept.

Replace a fader with a switched one?
Edit: Having reminded myself what the inside of an EPM looks like I accept this may not have be my most useful suggestion ever.

Budget IEM
in Sound
I like Shure 215s, usually around £80.
However...
I have seen quite a few people being very complimentary about these:

Aargh insert link on mobile not working. Search for KZ ES4 earphone. Available from Amazon.
I haven't heard them but I'd be willing to give them a go.

Depending on budget you could ethercon and then have one of the adapters and patch that to your device.
I have something at work I got at LSI a few years ago that are adapters but for rj45 rather than ethercon, Similar to d0me5tic link barrels.
Neutrik Ethercon Coupler.

I got one of the dongles for 7 quid! Amazing value. Ordered the day this topic was posted, arrived today from Hong Kong.
I splashed out £11. To save anyone else the messing about, it doesn't work with Windows 8. Maybe someone can work their magic with the drivers. Works great with earlier versions of Windows though. Would highly recommend this for anyone faffing with RF. To be honest, anyone slightly geeky is going to have fun with one of these, a quick look at what comes out of the possibly faulty AKG radio pack that I had to hand was a bit of an eye opener.

Im wondering if anyone can help me I have a 5 way 50 meter BNC multicore.
I would like to know if it is possible to connect a BNC to Composite connector onto one of the bnc connections and the same at the other end then plug say a camera into it and then the other end into a projectors composite port would this work.
Yes
My other question is will a 5 way BNC to VGA cable on both ends of the cable work connected from a Laptop to a Projector.Hmm, maybe.
Depends greatly on the quality and construction of the multicore cable. The chances are it will work but not particularly well.

Peter

No - where is the USB connector.
On the back panel next to the headphone socket
It doesn't hold or store any pictures - not what it is designed for.Actually it does. The mx70 has a 30 page store for graphics or text. You can load tga,bmp or jpg files into it using the mx navi software and a usb cable. It is quite handy for DSKing titles or logos.
There you go,

Core Pro Audio in Bromsgrove did a Digico training session this week. It might be worth contacting them to see if they have any others planned.
