 I have a copy of the GS-CMS2 circuit diagram as a pdf ( not the ls version) but can not find a way of posting it or sending direct via the blue room.

 

It's a pity that there don't appear to be any that are a bit more 'XLR-like'. Something with decent cable strain relief.

Unlikely. I no longer work full-time at the venue I was at back then, only from time to time as a freelancer (and I'm not going to be back in the building for at least the next few weeks!). It's probably fair to say that, in the time between me leaving my full-time job and now, the Act6+ paperwork will have been lost or thrown out.

The problem is the the Telex IC- 1 is a balanced line system similar to phantom mics. I've attached a diagram which shows how to connect the two types of system together. Terminations and power need to be explored . The transformer will probably 600 :600 impedance.
