Radio mic hire

I would expect £20-30 per day per unit depending on where in the country. Three day week so £960 - £1440. Maybe a bit more for more than seven days and maybe something for delivery, collection, setup etc. I wouldn't necessarily expect it to be cheaper for a school as they are likely to need more support than pro users and may also not look after it so well. Factor in batteries too.

If this is a regular requirement, I'd advise buying at those rates.

works out at £4K at this price:

https://cpc.farnell.com/trantec/s4-04-w-eb-gd5/aerobic-headset-mic-system-with/dp/MP35284?st=trantec

But these are not the best prices and CPC only list ch70

I don't think you can get 16 simultaneous channels using a Trantec S4.16 system - maybe you could do it using a mix of different RF channel versions?

It's just something I'm looking in to and just wanted base prices to see what is feasible at what cost, it's currently potentially a one-off so not looking at purchasing or worrying about details of what works with what, just the bottom line ** laughs out loud ** :)

*potential advert*?

At Enlightened, we charge £55 per channel per week for sennheiser g3 300 series. This includes antenna distribution etc. We also happily extend to a 10 day theatre week hire.

Drop our hire team an email for a formal quote. Hire@enlx.co.uk or call on 01179727123.

Moderation: Andy has flagged his own post as a 'potential advert' so I just thought I would pop in to remind users of the rules here. Our Terms and Conditions list the ways in which it is OK to post business-related information on The Blue Room as follows:

In the non-commercial forums, members may direct users to their company, or post regarding their products in certain situations, which include:

- Technical support, when another user has posted a question about your product

- Assistance with locating a specific product, when a user has specifically requested information on that product

- Responding to comments (good or bad) on your company’s products or services, as long as your views are backed up with suitable evidence

- Posting information about product updates in the 'software release forum'

- Using the 'Training and Qualifications' forum to post information on free training events for your products or services

It seems quite clear that this reply is a direct response to the question and is open and above board as to from whence it comes. Thus, there is no problem with this, or any similar, reply.

Thanks folks, that given me something to work from. Should I, or any of my contacts need anything we'll keep folks on here in mind :)
