Morning all, I’ve just had our Antari DNG 200 back from repair and service. It’s been re-gassed and had a new heater and pump so pretty much a new machine. Eager to start getting it used again. Any recommended best fluid? Have tried the Antari fast dissipating fluid which Antari recommended but it hangs for too long once it’s disturbed into a haze. Need something that disappears quicker even if that sacrifices output. Many thanks

Hi folks, any Sennheiser experts? Looking to find out if the A-1031-U paddle is usable with ASA-1? If so, is a booster required if cable length is relatively short? All on channel 38. Have been using just standard antennas on the ASA-1’s for a while with no problems but have the above paddles sat on the shelf so might aswell use them to improve the system if they are suitable. Hi folks, in the slightly quieter time of January I intend to do some maintenance on all of our smoke, haze and snow machines. When not in use for extended periods, is it best to run the machines completely empty before storage or leave fluids in the system? Also what is the most effective cleaning mix that will be suitable for standard water based machines and snow machines? Many thanks

Thanks guys, just after posting I had a call back from one of the team, they suggested a dry joint on the board housing the din connector, Ive now resoldered these but the issue persists. Have left a message with a repair guy they suggested to get a quote for inspection / repair. Thanks.

Good afternoon folks, With the continued downtime I’m going through the stack of repairs I have, including a dodgy Betapack. Have tried to get in touch with Zero 88 but not had any luck. On DMX works perfectly. On manual (push buttons) works perfectly. But when using the external Level 6 controller, 1 of the channels misbehaves. When the said channel level on the Level 6 is at zero, the channel still outputs power. Raising the channel level towards full overrides this. Touching the case chassis causes a slight dimming of the channel output. All other 5 channels behave correctly. Have tried a different Level 6 controller and different control cable. Have opened the pack up and can’t see anything obvious, it’s immaculate inside. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

Thanks folks. Dosxuk, would you mind elaborating a little please or point me to a reliable source showing what resolutions are supported? Most of the time source will be a laptop set to a standard resolution. Many thanks.

Thanks for your replies. SDI looks like a good option, are the Blackmagic range of products any good? Most source content is PowerPoint or video playback from a laptop. Just looking for something that works every time, at the moment I find that Hdmi is always hit and miss with any cables over 5m length. Many thanks
