ADB Vision 10

Hell all.

 

I have an ADB Vision 10 compact. It all runs fine, but I do not have any manuals. I have visited the archive site, but there is very little on there. I would also like to install the most up to date software on it.

 

If anyone can help, I would be most grateful.

Hello Daniel,

 

Which version of software are you currently running? I have manuals for the more recent software (some quickstart guides here) but the hardware needs some mods for later versions.

We’ve got a Vision 10 and a backup crate sitting in our store room, along with a few manuals. I think we may have the IR remote as well. We even got a mention in LSI when it was installed. We might be persuaded to part with it all, but I’ll have to ask the big boss first.

Hi all and thanks for the replies. I bought it a little while ago for £100. It is a good little desk. I run my own desk here at the theatre, but my sister has a small theatre group that performs in other venues. These venues will sometimes not let me use the in house desk. Rather than drag mine out of the control room, I thought I would get another to take with me. The ADB will do fine for that. It all runs fine and I could use it as a backup at the theatre. If I could get another, I could leave one in Essex instead of taking it there from Wales each time. I have no idea what software it is running, but it look like it is running under MSDOS. As long as I can get it all sorted that will be great. It has not got to do anything special, standard rig plus ten or so intels.
