    We have 2 ‘Selecon Pro Theatre Workshops’ booked over this summer.
     
    10th July 2007 RSAMD in Glasgow
     
    18th July 2007 Joseph Roundtree Theatre in York
     
    The event will start at 10:30 and finished around 4pm with lunch provided.
     
    We will have the new Acclaim Fresnel and PC on show as well as the new ‘Toru’ followspot from the new performer 2 range. Also the new style Arena 2k luminaires.

    2 day, Level 2, 500 Series course run by and held at White Light, 20 Merton Industrial Park, Jubilee Way, Wimbledon, London SW19 3WL.
     
    Limited places
    Full details will be emailed to all those attending.
     
    Note: We do not recommend attending the Level 1 and Level 2 course consecutively.
     
    Advanced programming techniques on Strand 500 Series consoles.
     
    As part of White Light’s Training Initiative, we offer a two day course on the Strand 500 series.
    The course is an extension of the beginners’ course and would be suitable for technicians, programmers and designers looking to extend their current level of knowledge. It is important that you have either completed White Light’s Strand 500 Training - Level 1 course, another other basic Strand training course or have a satisfactory level of experience on the Strand 500 Series before you attend this course.
    Training is run in small groups with no more than two students to a console.
    Each console is connected to a mini system using both conventional fixtures and the latest moving lights.
     
    A number of topics will be covered including:
     
    Advanced console set-up
    Channel Control
    Moving Light Control
    Effects
    Recording
    Editing
     
    Whilst White Light can suggest local hotels, any overnight stays will need to be booked by the attendee.
