RCBO stands for "Residual Current Breaker with Over-current protection". and is a device with combined functions of two safety different devices a RCD & MCB.
A Residual Current Device (RCD) is a circuit protection device which disconnects the load ("trips") if the current flowing out in the live wire exceeds the current returning in the neutral by a given amount.
The MCB trips whenever the current exceeds it's rating.
